We can help you with this.

At Mellody you can make a return or exchange your product quickly and easily.

Just read our guidelines.

Refund Guidelines:

1. You can return the goods within 14 days of your purchase.

2. Before that deadline passes, please send us the previously purchased goods together with a completed return form (return form can be found here /img/files/files/ang%20formularz%20zwrotu%20wymiany%288%29.odt or inform us of your desire to make a return to the e-mail address: contact@mellodystore.com, and afterwards send the goods with a completed form.

3. Make sure the returned goods are in an “as new” condition, unused, in the same condition as originally received from Mellody, with intact labels, devoid of smells (i.e. perfume), in an undamaged package (the product box).

4. You will receive the refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of your shipment.

5. You will be refunded the equivalent of the price of the returned goods.

6. You will be refunded through the same method of payment as selected during your original order.

Exchange guidelines:

1. You can exchange the goods within 14 days of your purchase.

2. Send us the goods you want to exchange with a completed exchange form (exchange form can be found here), providing the number of your new order in the appropriate field - (costs covered by the Purchaser).

3. After receiving the goods, and verifying their condition, we will send you your newly ordered goods.

Complaint guidelines:

1. Send the faulty goods together with a completed complaint form to Mellody (faulty goods form can be found here /img/files/files/ang%20formularz%20zwrotu%20wymiany%289%29.odt)

2. After receiving the goods we will verify the complaint within 14 days.

3. We will notify you of the final decision by email.

4. In case of positive consideration of the complaint we will refund you the cost of delivery of the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the selected delivery method being other than the least expensive delivery method offered by Mellody).

5. Within 14 days from the date of positive consideration of the complaint we will send you a replacement product or refund your payment.

6. You will be refunded through the same method of payment as selected during your original order.
